Despite the posted hours everywhere being 5pm, when we pulled into the parking lot at 3:55pm - more than an hour before closing - the barista hurried over and flipped the sign and then avoided eye contact. I went around to the other door, but rather than apologizing - or even asking what I wanted - she shook her head and turned her back to me, while her friend inside with her laughed.
